Description
Ground limit on which any establishment of a building may be permitted provided that the ground floor of the buildings located along the lanes identified in the graphical documents is mandatory:
— assigned to shops, offices or services, craft activities or public or public facilities of public interest (excluding Lyon and Villeurbanne).

Or
— used for craft and commercial activities, or cafés, or restaurants, or for public or community-interest facilities. Offices and services other than those mentioned above are prohibited (except Lyon and Villeurbanne)
