Zoned islands of the PLU of the Metropolis of Lyon
Description
Geographical area corresponding to a division of a PLU zone hollowed out of the roads and places. It carries the graphics of the area to which it belongs and on the center (Lyon and Villeurbanne), values of Coefficient of right of way on the ground and Height of islet. This object appears on zoning, height and graphic CES plans at 5000th or 2000th.
Islet height:
The islet height is indicated in the graphical documents inside the islets. It applies to facades (or portions of facades) of constructions located beyond the main constructible strip.

Relationship between the surface area of the construction ground right-of-way and the area of the land (vertical projection on a plane).
