Development plan Ohlsdorf 18-Wellingsbüttel 11 1st amendment Hamburg
Description
The Ordinance on the development plan Ohlsdorf 18/Wellingsbüttel 11 of 28 January 1992 (HmbGVBl. P. 27) is amended as follows:
1. The annex to the Regulation amending the regulation on the development plan Ohlsdorf 18/Wellingsbüttel 11 is added to the Regulation.
2. Section 2 is amended as follows:
2.1 point 1.2 is replaced by the following:
‘1.2 The extensions fixed on the garden side are only permitted as conservatories or as terrace roofs with a metal/glass construction. The construction shall only be carried out in metal profiles with visible front widths between 55 mm and 85 mm. Only a light grey hue shall be used.’
2.2. The following point 7 is added:
7. On the residential areas along the Wellingsbütteler Landstraße, following the fixed road boundary line in a width of 1.5 m adjoining facilities, where they are not necessary for development, parking spaces and garages shall be prohibited. Only perennials and shrubs may be planted on these lands.’
