# Schemas of essential public order data ## Description of essential data schemas: The data schemas presented up to **version 1.5** govern the structure of the data published by public buyers on their buyer profile, **until 31 December 2023**. These formats are the technical translation of the regulatory texts published on 14 April 2017 and updated on 22 March 2019. The data schemas presented from **version 2.0** govern the structure of the data to be published by public buyers on the national open data portal as of 1 January 2024. These formats are the technical translation of the orders relating to essential public procurement data and concession contracts of 22 December 2022. Public buyers must publish their procurement and concession contract data in this format **as of January 1, 2024**, on their buyer profile. This data schema includes: • The link to the Github repository, which contains examples of data and schema repositories in PDF format; • Schemas (JSON and XML) to verify the validity of published data. ## Versions: ### Version 2.0 (decisions of 22 December 2022): The version 2.0 schema is a new scheme taking into account the changes made by the decrees of 22 December 2022. These orders are to: — the merging of census data and key public procurement data into a single list entitled ‘essential public procurement data’ from EUR 40 000 excluding taxes; — maintaining the publication of the essential data of the concession contracts; — the publication of these essential data on the national open data portal and no longer on the buyer profile. This is the scheme that must be followed for the publication of essential data for the contracts notified from **1 January 2024** and for concession contracts concluded from that date. ### Version 1.5 (Order of March 22, 2019): Schema version 1.5 is a new scheme taking into account the changes made by the Order of 22 March 2019 (changes in the list of procurement procedures). This is the recommended scheme for the publication of essential data until **31 December 2023**. Only differences with schema version 1.4: in the list of values for the procedure field of a contract. — the values *“Competitive procedure with negotiation”* and *“Procedure negotiated with prior competition”* of version 1.4 are replaced by the value Procedure with negotiation in version 1.5 — the value *“Market negotiated without advertising or prior competition”* of version 1.4 is replaced by the value *“Purchased without advertising or prior competition”* in version 1.5 ### Version 1.4 (Amendment Order of 27 July 2018): The schema version 1.4 corresponds to the data structure in force for several months, which corresponds to the provisions of the amending decree of 27 July 2018. The data published in this format is still valid, as it can easily be converted to conform to version 1.5.
