Description
Includes statutory recreational forest according to ยง 33 LWALDG. According to the Provincial Forest Law, forests can be declared recreational forests by means of a statutory ordinance if it is necessary for the general good to protect, maintain or design forest areas for the purpose of recreation. Particularly heavily visited forests in settlement or recreational areas can be designated as legal recreational forests.
