Development plan Langenhorn 42 1st amendment Hamburg

Description

§1 The law on the development plan Langenhorn 42 of 2 March 1970 (HmbGVBl. 95), as last amended on 4 November 1997 (HmbGVBl. pp. 494, 495, 502), is amended as follows: 1.Annex to the Regulation amending the Law on the development plan Langenhorn 42 added to the law. 2.In § 2, the following point 3 is added: "3. In the industrial area, retail establishments are prohibited, insofar as they do not trade in motor vehicles, boats, furniture, carpets and other space-consuming articles including accessories or with building materials, tools, gardening equipment and other construction and gardening supplies, exhibit or store these articles. The Building Use Ordinance in the version of 23 January 1990 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 466, 479), shall apply.’
