Natural disaster arrests in metropolitan France
Description
This file was compiled from data on natural risk in France which can be downloaded freely from the [Gaspar database] (http://macommune.prim.net/gaspar/export_gaspar/download.htm). The file contains all the orders issued between July 1982 and April 6, 2015, except the orders issued in 1982 for storm.
The data shall be presented in the form of a table line per natural disaster order. The columns indicate the Insee code of the municipality, the department, the city, the cause of the damage, the precise start and end date of the event. It should be noted that the same event may have affected, for example, 500 municipalities and therefore led to 500 decrees.
