DBC-funded GGZ; care pathways per diagnosis; region, 2009-2016
Description
This table shows per mental illness the number of mental health care pathways, in so far as it is funded in the form of DBCs (Diagnosis Treatment Combinations), broken down by region. Until 2013 this concerns the second-line medical GGZ, after the reform of the GGZ in 2014 this concerns the specialist GGZ. A care program consists of one or more DBCs (Diagnosis Treatment Combinations). The table shows for a specific diagnosis the number of care pathways for which this diagnosis was the most important (primary) diagnosis, as well as the number of care pathways for which this diagnosis was registered as primary or secondary diagnosis. For example: both the number of care pathways in which alcohol addiction was the most important diagnosis to be treated, as well as care pathways where alcohol addiction was an additional (even) diagnosis that affected the treatment. The table shows both the number of care pathways with one or more DBCs closed in the reporting year, as well as the number of care pathways in which DBCs were closed or opened only in the reporting year (current DBCs).

The figures up to 2014 are final. Data for 2015 and 2016 are provisional. As this table has been discontinued, the data will no longer be finalised.
