Coherent landscape structure 7 sub-areas (Environmental Vision 2016-2020)
Description
This file contains the coherent landscape structure of seven subareas as established in the Environmental Vision of Groningen 2016-2020.
The coherent landscape structure consists of related landscape elements and characteristics and thus transcends the level of loose elements.
We distinguish seven subregions in our province.
• Weedland and Wadden area
• Oldambt
• Southern Westerkwartier

In the elaboration per subarea, we explain how the landscape structure can be respected and strengthened in new spatial developments. The seven sub-areas each have their own qualities and characteristics, but at the same time form a coherent whole.
