Chemical risks, hazard classes
Description
The employer shall assess the risks to the health and safety of workers for any activity likely to present a risk of exposure to hazardous chemical agents. This assessment shall be renewed periodically, in particular in the event of any significant change in the conditions which may affect the health or safety of workers. The results of the assessment shall be recorded in the single document provided for in Article R.4121-1 of the Labour Code.
