Description
Area-based compensatory measures provided for in a clearing permit. These measures may be of six types: Wooded reserves, Afforestation/reforestation, Wooded rehabilitation, Civil or biological engineering works, Works for the reduction of natural hazards, Land transfer to the State. These measures are decided by the DDT(M) within the framework of the provisions of the Forest Code.
