REDIAM. WMS HIC 5330-1 Arbutus arborescent Matorrals unedo and other lauroid shrubs (Ericion arboreae)
Description
WMS service corresponding to the non-priority Habitat of Community Interest 5330-1. It corresponds to Madronñales and very dense shrub-arborescent formations, dominated by elements of lauroid leaf. The species that characterises these formations in Andalusia is the madroño (Arbutus unedo), although sometimes they can dominate other species such as the white heather (Erica arborea) or the durillo (Viburnum tinus). They are usually very tica formations in species, where other shrubs such as cocscoja (Quercus coccifera), Phillyrea angustifolia, lebiérnago (Pistacia latifolia) or lentisco (Pistacia lentiscus) are found.
