BC Public Service - Workforce Profiles

The Workforce Profiles datasets provide B.C. Public Service representation statistics on employees who identify themselves as women, Indigenous, persons with disabilities, racialized, and 2SLGBTQ+. Demographic data is gathered through BC Stats' corporate surveys and the resulting statistics are used to produce the B.C. Public Service Workforce Profiles. Comparator data comes from federal reports, including the Canadian Census, Canadian Survey on Disability, and Canadian Community Health Survey. Comparators use the most recent data available at the time of analysis.
