15076 — Statistical report on administrative penalties for illegal work
Description
Administrative sanctions contribute to the policy of controlling migration flows through the drying up of illegal labour fueled by irregular immigration itself. They aim to:
• to penalise financially an indelicate employer who, by hiring a foreigner without a job title, has contributed to the disruption of foreign labour flows on the domestic market;
• reduce the vulnerability of our social protection system, which imposes the burden of taxes and contributions on companies that comply with legal rules and which are penalised.
