15060 — Simplified non-admissions and readmissions
Description
This indicator makes it possible to count the persons to whom a non-admission measure has been notified at the time of their presentation at the border, regardless of the follow-up to the measure. Refusals of admission shall be pronounced at the external border before entering the territory.
‘Simplified readmissions’, which could be called ‘border readmissions’ are direct remittances at the border of a neighbouring Member State, with which France has a
land border and signed an agreement to this end (Benelux, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Spain), following an interpellation in the border area.
