Description
These certificates show, among all the 10-year titles, the particularity of bearing a special mention “retired” or “retired spouse” and are issued abroad who has resided in France under cover of a resident card and wished to resettle in his country of origin while maintaining links with France, where he may reside for stays not exceeding one year.
This scheme, created to allow older migrants who wished to return to their country without fear of losing the right to come to France to visit their children, was steadily declining until 2012 and showed a slight increase in 2013.
