2013 saw a slight increase in the number of appeals (+ 4.8 %) after the significant decrease of -10.4 % observed in the financial year 2012 after years of strong increases.
The most significant fact of this year 2013, remains the very sharp increase in the number of decisions taken by the Administrative Court of Nantes: + 53.3 %, resulting from the increase in the number of rooms (from 6 to 8 rooms).
