Description

International comparisons place France among countries where migration flows are relatively limited. Indeed, taking into account all permanent immigration flows, including “free movement”, i.e. intra-EU migration, but excluding students (who are not intended to settle), France is in a group of low-flow countries (including the United States, Germany and Finland).
