Description
In 2013, the decline in stocks of securities of the overseas authorities (COM) and the increase in those of the overseas departments (DOM), have as their origins a territorial reorganisation: Mayotte’s gone
from the status of overseas collectivity to that of an overseas department and Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin are identified as overseas communities and not attached to Guadeloupe.
