French public contracts resulting from BOAMP with lots

Description

The following dataset comes from the file of award notices in the Official Bulletin of Public Procurement Announcements (BOAMP). 278,308 public procurement awards were extracted, broken down into 716,942 lots. After cleaning up unusable transactions, 642 603 lots remain with the subject of the contract, the type of contract, the type of procedure, the place of performance of the contract, the CPV, the client and the successful tenderer(s).
