Code list - Decree - DCJM
Description
The list values in the code list "Short name decree" describe decrees without linking them to a specific period of time. These list values group together the concepts used in the code lists "legal basis" and "legal basis", both of which do have a time-bound aspect. The list values are useful for reporting purposes (when considering similar decrees together) and for characterising a service with the status "proposed" (when a legal basis is not yet available).
