Connection obligation area - PlanDK
Description
The Danish Energy Agency is the responsible authority for the collective heat supply, while the municipalities are the administrative authority. Under the Heat Supply Act, municipalities must register information concerning the collective heat supply in Plandata.dk. In addition, the municipalities are obliged, via the Planning Act, to register information on the obligation to connect laid down in local plans in Plandata.dk.
