Personal Data Clauses of the GTU

As part of a Legal Hackathon Open Law conducted in March and April 2015 with the 2015 promos of the DIU Informatique and Droit et du Master 2 Droit du Numérique de l'Ecole de droit de la Sorbonne, after collecting and analysing all the clauses relating to personal data of the T&Cs of the digital services used by students, we discovered cases of reuse of the most typical personal data.

This first study therefore made it possible to draw up a list of the most common opt-in cases and data for which permissions are regularly granted to operators, via their GTUs.
