Personal Data Clauses of the GTU
Description
As part of a Legal Hackathon Open Law conducted in March and April 2015 with the 2015 promos of the [DIU Informatique](http://legal-innovation-paris.com/en-FR/diu-dei/presentation-du-diu) and Droit et du [Master 2 Droit du Numérique de l'Ecole de droit de la Sorbonne](http://www.univ-paris1.fr/ws/ws.php?_cmd=getFormation&_oid=UP1-PROG28487&_redirect=voir_presentation_diplome&_lang=fr-FR), after collecting and analysing all the clauses relating to personal data of the T&Cs of the digital services used by students, we discovered cases of reuse of the most typical personal data.
This first study therefore made it possible to draw up a list of the most common opt-in cases and data for which permissions are regularly granted to operators, via their GTUs.
