### Announcements published in Bodacc (Official Bulletin of Civil and Commercial Announcements) The Bodacc (Official Bulletin of Civil and Commercial Announcements), governed by Article R 123-209 of the Commercial Code, publishes the notices provided for in that code and the legislative or regulatory texts. These legal notices are issued by the registries of commercial courts, civil courts with commercial jurisdiction or judicial agents. This national official gazette is mainly responsible for the publication of documents registered in the trade and companies register. In particular, it publishes notices of sales and disposals, registrations, the creation of establishments, amendments and cancellations of natural or legal persons, collective proceedings and notices of the filing of companies’ accounts. Also included in the Bodacc are civil announcements (notices relating to personal recovery procedures and notices of accepted successions up to the amount of net assets), not included in the database in view of the protection of the rights of over-indebtedness and heirs (Law of 1978). The bulletins appear five times a week on Monday-Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday-Sunday: - Bodacc A (sales and disposals, registrations, creations, prevention of difficulties of companies or collective proceedings) - Bodacc B (general amendments and deletions) - Bodacc C (Filing of annual accounts).
