PMI services: more than 5,000 consultation sites in 2012

The maternal and child protection services (PMI) of the departments, with their 5,100 fixed points of consultation, provide health and medico-social missions of proximity, for mothers and future mothers and children under 6 years. They also take part in family planning and education sessions.
