Regulations on the financial management of Kozyatyn City Council
Description
Management in its activities is governed by the Constitution and the Law of Ukraine "On Local Self-Government in Ukraine", resolutions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, acts of the President of Ukraine and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine by the Budget Code of Ukraine, orders of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, the Department of Finance of Vinnytsia Regional State Administration, the order of the mayor, decisions of the session of the Kozyatyn City Council and the Executive Committee, as well as these Regulations.
