Bicycle paths (City of Montpellier)
Description
This file shows the location of the cycle paths in the municipality of Montpellier and some greenways common to other cities in the agglomeration of Montpellier. ATTENTION: This dataset exists in two separate sources. A dataset from the City of Montpellier (VilleMTP_AggloMTP_PistesCyclables) and a dataset from OpenStreetMap (OSM_AggloMTP_PistesCyclables).
This is the file of the City of Montpellier: VilleMTP_AggloMTP_Cyclable tracks. The data was updated in December 2011. It differentiates for each of the sections the type of track, namely bidirectional track, unidirectional track, arrow track, green track and cycle bus corridor. On this last type of track (bus corridor), the data are not fully reliable because of the work related to the future tram lines 3 and 4, in fact they have been marked in red on the kml file.
