This data indicates the contracts concluded, from 2006, (supplies, works) by the city above € 20,000 excl. tax (Article 133 of the Public Procurement Code), since 2006. For some years the data indicate markets between €4,000 excluding VAT and €20,000 excluding VAT. Article 133 of the Public Procurement Code requires the publication of the list of contracts concluded in the previous year during the first quarter of the following year.
