QualiVille

Description

This data provides the results of satisfaction surveys carried out as part of the QualiVille process. Developed by AFNOR Certification and the CNFPT (Centre National de la Fonction Publique Territoriale), the service commitment framework has been defined on the basis of users’ expectations and then validated by consumer associations and bodies representing local authorities and public authorities. QualiVille is a voluntary certification process. The certificate is issued for 3 years and renewable, annual audits to ensure the maintenance of quality of service. This quality approach was carried out with the receptions and standards of the City Hall, the services daily life, population, civil status, administration of cemeteries, soil law, police station City Hall, pound, pedestrian area education and childhood. Courtesy, efficiency, listening, confidentiality, clarity of information, adapted signage, optimisation of waiting times, welcome comfort, adjustment of schedules, transparency and equality in the management of requests, assistance to people are all topics covered. The results of the surveys are available for the years 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013.
