Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Old Town Extension II — 1st Expansion” of the city of Meßkirch from XPlanung 5.0. Description: 1. Project-related complement to the formally defined renovation area “Old Town Enlargement II”.
