The [ACTION](http://www.action-nogent.fr) publishes here the extract from the Directory of Rental Housing of Social Donors ([RPLS](http://www.statistiques.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/sources-methodes/enquete-nomenclature/1542/0/repertoire-logements-locatifs-bailleurs-sociaux-rpls.html)) for the municipality of Perreux-sur-Marne on 1 January 2014.
The purpose of the directory of rental housing of social donors is to establish the overall state of the rental housing stock of these social donors on 1 January of a year (number of dwellings, changes made during the past year, location, occupancy rate, mobility, level of rents, financing and agreement). Set up on 1 January 2011, it is fed by information provided by social donors.
