The purpose of the register of social landlords’ rental housing is to establish the overall state of the social landlords’ rental housing stock on 1 January of a year (number of housing units, changes made during the past year, location, occupancy rate, mobility, level of rents, financing and agreements). Set up on 1 January 2011, it is fed by information provided by social landlords.
