Construction of housing by municipality in the Val de Marne (2000-2013)
Description
The [ACTION] (http://www.action-nogent.fr) publishes here a dataset agglomerated from the SITADEL database containing the constructions of social housing and property development by municipality in the [Val de Marne (94)] (http://www.valdemarne.fr/) for the period 2000-2013.
This game includes the surface area of the land built, the number of dwellings as well as the SHON (each time for social rental housing and promotion).
**SHON (net non-work area)**:
The SHON is obtained by deducting the following from the gross outside surface area (sum of the floor areas of each level of the building):
- non-furnishable attic and basement areas,
- terraces, balconies and loggias (unclosed areas on the ground floor),
- parking areas of vehicles in construction,
- areas intended for housing crops, animals, agricultural equipment and production greenhouses.
**SHON habitation**:
This is the created SHON allocated to housing. Housing with zero SHON is housing created by a change of destination (example: offices transformed into dwellings).
