Pension gap of statutory pensions and guaranteed minimum pension

Do we see differences between the average pension amounts of men and women who have recently taken their retirement pension according to whether they receive a minimum pension in payment or not? Having a minimum pension clearly influences the pension gap in a positive way, but what about access to that pension? Do men have access to the minimum pension more often than women? There are two reasons why a pensioner does not have a minimum pension in payment:
