Evolution of the number of acts transmitted to the legality review and the number and rate of acts teletransmitted on SI @CTES for the whole of France from 2004 to 2014
Description
The rate of teletransmitted acts is obtained by reporting the number teletransmitted on the information system @CTES to the total number of documents received for legality review, whether in paper or electronic format.
The result achieved in 2014 for the indicator of the rate of acts teletransmitted on the information system @CTES compared to the total number of acts transmitted under the legality review (estimated at 44 %, pending the publication of Indigo data) is significantly higher than the rate achieved in 2013 (34 %).
The number of teletransmitted acts increased from 561 149 at the end of 2009, to 815 393 in 2010, 1,161,543 in 2011, 1,447 592 in 2012, 1,768,285 in 2013 to 2,337,530 by the end of 2014. It therefore experienced a + 29 % change between 2013 and 2014, while the total number of acts transmitted for legality review over the same period increased by only 0.8 % (estimate: same rate of increase as 2012-2013, pending publication of Indigo data).
