Address service support for geocoder-php library
Description
Geocoder is a PHP library that supports the development of geo-based applications. It provides an abstraction layer for geocoding operations as well as an extensive API.
In order to be able to use the OGD Vienna Address Service, the library has been extended by an additional adapter. This adapter is available in the "[Geocoder Extra](https://github.com/geocoder-php/geocoder-extra)" package, which must be loaded in addition to the [Geocoder library](https://github.com/geocoder-php/Geocoder) in order to use it.
