Established architectural heritage
Description
The Flemish Government has various instruments at its disposal to ensure the preservation of immovable heritage. One of the tools that can be used is the establishment of an inventory. With this, the Minister responsible for the immovable heritage confirms that all heritage items on this established list have heritage value(s) and are still preserved. From 1 February 2018, every established architectural relic or all of it has a designation object, which displays information regarding the legal status. Such an indication object contains, among other things, the date of validity of the indication, a link to the adoption decision and a demarcation of the established architectural relic or entirely on a georeferenced plan. The established inventory of the architectural heritage is one of a total of six established inventories, based on the scientific inventories.
