Description
CSV version of the [official dataset](https://www.data.gouv.fr/en/datasets/donnees-carroyees-a-200-m-sur-la-population/) of INSEE directly exploitable (merged files, closed polygons, WKT geometries in EPSG:4326).
The work carried out makes it possible to avoid the [modes of operation] (http://www.insee.fr/themes/detail.asp?reg_id=0&ref_id=donnees-carroyees&page=donnees-detaillees/donnees-carroyees/donnees_carroyees_diffusion.htm#modes-operatoires) imposed by the initial format of provision.
