Evolution of the number of acts transmitted to the legality check as well as the number and rate of acts teletransmitted on the IS @CTES for the whole of France
Description
The rate of teletransmitted acts is obtained by comparing the number teletransmitted on the @CTES information system with the total number of acts received under the legality check, whether in paper or electronic format.
The result obtained in 2013 for the indicator of the rate of teletransmitted acts in relation to the total number of acts transmitted under the legality check (34.5%) is well above the target set (28%) for 2013.
The number of teletransmitted acts rose from 561 149 in 2009 to 815 393 in 2010, 1 161 543 in 2011, 1 447 592 in 2012 and 1 768 285 in 2013. It therefore showed a variation of +22.2% between 2012 and 2013, while the total number of acts sent under the review of legality over the same period increased by only 0.8%.
