Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Schönenberg II” of the municipality of Altshausen from XPlanung 5.0. Description: Changes in planning law (text part) The determinations of the development plan for ancillary installations are different from the determinations of the development plan fixings of the surrounding development plan areas.
