Annual Reports of the Tender Review Authority
Description
In accordance with Article 18 of Law 104(I)/2010, the Tender Review Authority prepares an annual activity report to the Minister of Finance and the House of Representatives. The annual report shall include, inter alia, information on economic operators and contracting authorities as well as comparative statistics on decisions issued each year.
