Development projects in Île-de-France. Situation in November 2014
Identification of the main development project sectors in Île-de-France. This census is carried out continuously thanks to a territorial and thematic survey carried out by the IAU (monitoring of urban planning documents, meeting with local authorities, place-based studies, internet monitoring), thanks to the contribution of external data (particularly a partnership with the CadreDeVille.com website), and since November 2014 thanks to contributions from the Wikimap’Projets, an online collaborative map accessible to all development stakeholders in the Ile-de-France region. Projects are usually mapped according to their dominant vocation (mixed, habitat, activities, etc. --> field DOM1 or DOM2) and their state of progress (FTE field). We can refine this mapping by distinguishing the sectors of requalification from the existing (REQUALIF field).
