Register of persons practising non-conventional methods under Article 171(1) of the Health Act
Description
Legal basis for publication: Article 171(1) of the Health Act and Council of Ministers Decree No 103 of 17 February 2015.
It contains data on the permits issued by RHI-Smolyan to persons practicing non-conventional methods for beneficial impact on individual health on the territory of Smolyan region.
The public part of the register shall contain information on: serial number; registration number and date of issue of the certificate of registration of the unconventional practice; details of the person practising non-conventional methods; address of the practice; a description of the non-conventional method practised by the person; the registration number of the visit book referred to in Article 173; the date of cancellation of the registration and the reason for it; changes in circumstances; comments on the recorded circumstances. Personal data referred to in Article 171(1)(3) (Personal Identification Number and permanent address of the person) have been deleted from the public part of the register.
The data shall be updated each time the register is updated.
