Static forest boundaries

If forest borders on building zones, the dynamic forest concept is abandoned for site planning reasons in favor of the static forest concept. A forest border map is drawn up within the framework of a forest assessment process, which legally fixes the border between forest and construction zones for an indefinite period of time.
