Register of drug registration certificates issued

Description

Legal basis for publication: Article 241(1) of the Medicinal Products in Human Medicine Act (ZLPHM) and Council of Ministers Decree No 214 of 25 March 2016. In accordance with Article 17a of the ZLPHM, the Regional Health Inspectorates issue certificates for the registration of a drugstore in accordance with the procedure laid down in Articles 239 to 241 of that Act. The public part of the register presents information about the drugstores that have received a certificate of registration in the region of Smolyan with scope: number and date of the issued certificate, registered office and address of the person who has received a certificate of registration of the drugstore, names of the drug manager, address of the drugstore, date of termination of registration and the reason for this (in case of termination of the activity), remarks on the listed circumstances (in case of change of circumstances). Personal data under Article 241(1)(3) of the ZLPHM have been deleted – personal data and address of the drug manager. The data shall be updated every time the register is updated.
