The Localised Potential Accessibility Indicator (PLI) has been developed by DREES and IRDES to measure the spatial adequacy between supply and demand for primary care at a fine geographical level. It aims to improve the usual indicators of accessibility to care.
/!\ More recent datasets exist on this theme. They are available on the data.gouv.fr portal at the references “potential localised accessibility”. Updated regularly per harvest, it is recommended to use these new datasets.
