Agreste - Salmon farming census
Description
The objectives of the 2008 Salmon Farming Census are to identify precisely all French companies producing salmon.
Salmonids active in 2007, to estimate the French production of salmonids in 2007 and to collect structural, economic and technical data on salmon farming (the census is limited to the production sector and does not concern companies downstream of the sector).
