Agreste - Census of marine fish farming
Description
The objectives of the 2008 census of marine fish farming and sturgeon farms are to identify precisely all French companies producing sea bass, sea bream, lean sea bream, turbot and sturgeon, active in 2007, to estimate French production of sea bass, sea bream, lean sea bream, turbot and sturgeon in 2007 and to collect structural, economic and technical data on marine fish farming and sturgeon farms (the census is limited to the production sector and does not concern companies downstream of the sector).
