Description
The 2009 census of fish farms and crustacean farms in the French overseas departments and Mayotte aims to identify the fish farms in the French overseas departments and Mayotte of salmonids, tilapias, ombrines, ocellae, cobias, crustaceans and/or other marine and freshwater fish reared in
in tanks or cages in 2008, to estimate the production of the overseas departments and
Mayotte of salmonids, tilapias, umbria, ocellae, cobias, crustaceans and/or other marine and freshwater fish reared in
basins or cages in 2008 and to collect structural data,
the economic and technical aspects of fish farming and crustacean farming (the census is limited to the production sector and does not
does not apply to companies downstream of the sector).
