Agreste - Survey of the structures of vegetable production
Description
The survey conducted in 2005 sheds light on the evolution of the structures of vegetable production both in its dimensions
technical, as well as economic, on the following points:
- production structures, including the share and type of shelters,
- environmental issues,
- changes in the vegetable population and the labour force since the 2000 census,
- the marketing channels of the first marketing from the farm.
